Boker Tzrif

After a wonderful Shabbat, we are ready to begin the last week of first session.  It is amazing how days seem so long and action packed but weeks seem so short. 

This morning we are about to take part in Boker Tzrif.  All morning, the bunks will participate in activities with their counselors and bunkmates of their choosing.  Last week each bunk received a menu of options and they chose what they wanted to do.  For example, a bunk may choose to make their bunk plaque, climb the Alpine Tower, and go sailing.  We, at Ramah, believe that the bunk is the most important social unit.  This morning is a great time for bunk bonding and fun.  The campers and counselors look forward to this day which happens once a session.
