Nivonim Leadership Workshop!

Our Nivonimers began their summer-long Leadership Training Program today with the first half of an intensive two-day leadership workshop!  A number of extraordinarily talented specialists – many of whom were former Hanhallah (senior staff) members — arrived at camp this morning to work with our Nivonimers today and tomorrow.  Each one of the different Netivei Manhigut (Leadership Tracks) for Nivonim — which include specializations in bunk counseling, camp programming, Amitzim bunk counseling, sports, shira, rikud, teva, and tech — had a special visiting guest.

During their sessions today, the Nivonimers in their individual tracks participated in hands-on training sessions, building their skills, and they engaged in serious and high-level discussions with the specialists about leadership and the responsibility of working with children.  It’s been a terrific day and we look forward to another intense day tomorrow,  kicking off their summer-long leadership experiences with tremendous fun!
