Rafa Rafa – Shlichim Training begins

The schlichim have arrived!  The energy and excitement is palpable.  CRNE is paired with Camp Yavneh for training.  Our first session is underway and we are learning about how hard it is to integrate into a new culture through a game called Rafa Rafa.  Each person has distinct movements of communication which makes understanding each other difficult.  The idea is to get the shlichim in a frame of mind that in order to have impact on the community, they first need to understand it.  They are having a blast while learning.
