Reflections: Hakarat HaTov and Hinuch

Shara Siegfeld, Co-Rosh Hinuch, reflects on this summer’s theme of Hakarat HaTov (gratitude).  This theme was woven throughout the entire Hinuch program, and through all of the edot.  It was a rich theme, with many age-appropriate activities and lessons associated with it.  Shara was pleased that it was immediately applicable to the experiences of the chanichim (campers).  They expressed appreciation for the Tikvah program here at Palmer, the kitchen and maintenance staff, and chanichim of many different ages.  Pictured above are the co-Roshei Hinuch, Rabbi Elliot Goldberg and Shara Siegfeld, aka Super Girl.
