Solelim and their Ripped Paper Midrash!

   For the tefilah (prayer) theme for this week in Solelim we are focusing on Creation, because our month-long focus is on the Shema and its blessings. So this morning we did what we call a "ripped paper midrash' – a midrash is an explanation of a verse in the Torah, so we had all of Solelim rip paper to create their own explanation or vision for what the verse meant. We began by davening outside in the beautiful nature of Camp Ramah, and then broke into groups of 4 to create our Midrashim.
