Winter is at long last over, and summer is near! We can’t wait to be together in Palmer for an amazing summer at Camp Ramah in New England! We hope you’re all starting to get as excited for the summer as we are.
We are pleased to invite you to join us at one of these special events for new camper families (parents and children are invited to all of these events):
New Camper Orientation for the Greater Washington DC Area – Please join us on Sunday, May 31st from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at the home of Lori Fish Bard, our Community Liason for the Greater Washington DC Area: 5505 Lincoln St., Bethesda, MD 20817. This will be a chance for parents to speak to Ramah staff and for the kids to meet Ramah counselors and other kids from the area and ask any questions they might have. We will review daily life at camp and how to best prepare for an incredible summer experience. Please RSVP to Lori at lorib@campramahne.org by May 15, 2015.
New Camper Orientation for the Boston Area – Please join us on Monday, June 1st at 7:00 PM at the home of the Orelowitz family, who have been connected to Ramah since 2012: 65 Redwood Rd., Newton, MA 02459. This will be a chance for parents to speak to Rabbi Gelb, Director, and Josh Edelglass, Assistant Director, and for the kids to meet Ramah staff-members and other kids from the area and ask any questions they might have. We will review daily life at camp and how to best prepare for an incredible summer experience. Please RSVP to Josh Edelglass, Assistant Director, at joshe@campramahne.org by May 29, 2015.
“Virtual” New Camper Orientation – Tuesday, June 2nd at 7:00 PM EST. Parents and children are invited to join Rabbi Gelb, Director, and Josh Edelglass, Assistant Director, for this on-line event, without leaving the comfort of your own homes! We’ll review daily life at camp and how best to prepare for an incredible summer experience, and we’ll answer any and all questions that you might have! Tour of Camp – Sunday May 31st at 2:00 PM EST. Parents and children are invited to join Josh Edelglass, Assistant Director, for a tour of our camp grounds in Palmer, MA! RSVP REQUIRED to Josh Edelglass at joshe@campramahne.org by May 26, 2015.
