Teffilah Arobics with Nivonim

Yesterday morning, Nivonim had the wonderful opportunity to do “teffilah aerobics” with Rabbi Jeremy Ruberg. Jeremy created the teffilah aerobics program when he was Rosh Bogrim in 2004 here at Ramah New England. The program caught on and has been done all across camp ever since! It was particularly exciting for Jeremy to be at our teffilot this morning because he was actually Rosh Nivonim in 2007 when David (Rosh Nivonim 2013) and Michael (S’gan Rosh Nivonim 2013) were in Nivonim themselves! It was truly an example passing on the Ramah experience midor l’dor (from generation to generation).
