The past few days in Amitzim!

This past week in Amitzim has been filled with excitement. We had Yom Sport (color war), a trip to Rondeau’s, special activities in yahadut (our Jewish learning class), lots of play practice and so much more. A few nights ago we had a “night around the world” where we learned dances from different countries. Some of our Israeli counselors taught us about their travels and each demonstrated something special from the countries they had visited. Another exciting piece was this morning in yahadut in order to celebrate “Elul Fest”, the beginning of the new Hebrew month, each chanich had the chance to blow shofar. We are looking forward to a great Shabbat together tonight!
