Where’s My Paddle???

Those were the words shrieked by some of Magshimim's campers today – when they realized, mid-float, that they were, figuratively or not, up a creek without a paddle!

Today is Magshimim's Etgar and staff from Adventure In, Adventure Out (AIAO) have joined us to lead us in a raft-building activity. Half the campers built rafts this morning, while the other half spent the time with the Teva staff – testing water, building solar ovens, making pita, and playing group games. After lunch they will switch.

Here are two pictures of the rafts that were built, more or less successfully, this morning. As you can see by the giant grins on the builders faces, a great time was had by all! (Yes, even those that found themselves swimming their rafts to shore)
