Camper Enrollment Form

If you live in the geographic area served by Camp Ramah in New England, you may apply to enroll your child by filling out the Enrollment Application Form.

Once you have downloaded the form, please print it out and fill it in completely, then send it with your deposit ($900 per camper) and a photo of your child to the camp office. Click here for the mailing address.

Staff Enrollment Form
Do you have good summer camp skills? Like working in a great Jewish atmosphere? Are you interested in working for Camp Ramah in New England this summer? If you answered "yes" to any of the previous questions then you should apply for a staff position by filling out a Staff Application.

Medical Form
The Medical Form for kayitz (summer) 2008 must be completed by all staff and the parents/guardians of all campers, prior to arrival at camp. Print out the Medical Form, fill it in completely and send it to the camp office. Please check the camper and staff handbooks for further details on the medical form or contact the camp office if you have any questions.
