Adat Ha-Kochavim Start the day with Namaste!
It was morning yoga on Tzad Aleph (A side) for Adat Ha-Kochavim. The sun was shining and the day could not have been more perfect to be outdoors with a combination of exercise and mindfulness. The chanichim (campers) were learning that there are many ways to start the day. Being mindful, present and grounded is a great way to clear our minds and express out Hakarat Hatov (gratitude) to God for giving us another wonderful day on the this amazing earth that was created for us to live in.
