Amitzim Chug: Spotlight on Cooking!

Every afternoon Amitzim splits up into 6 different chug or elective options. The choices are drama, omanut (art), bishul (cooking), teva (nature activities), boating and ropes. This week I want to take a look at each chug and share with you what the campers are working on. This week in cooking the campers have been learning cooking skills from measuring ingredients, mixing, cleaning up and of course eating. Some favorite recipes have included apple tarts, quesadillas, latkes, zucchini cakes and more! Check out the photos above to see Amitzim and Voc-Ed hard at work. Enjoy 🙂
