Amitzim fun in the last few days!

The last few days in Amitzim have been filled with fun and excitement. Pictured above are some of our campers participating in a “photo booth” activity that we set up in our moadon. The kids got to dress up in silly costumes and pose for a photo shoot! Other exciting activities this week have included a peulat erev (evening activity) with Ilanot (rising 4th and 5th graders) where we played games and learned the sign language for the “v’ahavta” prayer together.

On Thursday we had a joint Yom Meyuchad (special day) with Ilanot, Solelim and Shoafim. We spent the day divided into integrated groups playing life size bananagrams, racing in an obstacle course, making bunk plaques and more! The day was filled with competition and even ended in a rap battle amongst the counselors.

We had a lovely 3rd Shabbat together and are looking forward to this week with a trip to Six Flags, the end of session banquet and so much more. Stay tuned for more fun times in Amitzim.
