Bogrim Banot get ready for High School
As the kayitz (summer) winds down, the banot are getting ready to embrace new frontiers. Many are nervous about the transition to a new, bigger high school, and the adjustments to more homework, making new friends, joining new sports teams, and more. To help them get ready for the transition to freshman year, the madrichot (female counselors) created little “High School Survival Kits” in mason jars, complete with goodies, school essentials, advice from high school survivors (themselves), and a collection of little notes from all the girls in the edah. No matter what happens in September, the banot (girls) will always have this jar of treats, and their camp friends to lean on!
