Shalom from Bogrim!

Second session is under way and we’ve already done so many amazing things in Bogrim. Out of all the exciting things we’ve done so far this past week, Etgar was probably the most exciting.

Etgar, the hebrew word for ‘challenge’, is what we call our overnight camping trips. In Bogrim we take our chanichim (campers) out for a one night Etgar to various trips that included backpacking, kayaking, canoeing, biking, and rafting. We set out on thursday in our groups and had a spectacular time. Due to the weather we returned back to camp after our day out in nature, but we still had an amazing time. Back in camp we participated in really fun team building activities run by our outdoors specialists who led the trips. The chanichim enjoyed both days tremendously, and it helped us all get to know each other a little bit better! Below are some pictures of the team building activities.
