Bogrim has a blast on Yom Hi-Tech!

Today was Bogrim’s first Yom Meyuchad (special day), Yom Hi Tech! We kicked off the day by breaking up into groups and learning about modern technology developed in Israel, such as the Yahoo search Engine and Waze, the GPS navigation application. In their groups our chanichim (campers) participated in a variety of real life versions of applications–for example, for Instagram they completed a photo scavenger hunt and needed to receive “likes” on their photos by collecting signatures of different people in camp. In the afternoon each tzrif (bunk) had the special treat of going to Rondeau’s for ice cream! It was such a fun day!
