Getting the Camp Grounds Ready for Kayitz 2010 Pt. I — Tzad Bet Field!

With exactly two weeks to go before our campers arrive (and only days before our staff members begin to arrive!), the camp grounds are abuzz with final preparations.  A large team of year-round employees, as well as a variety of seasonal contractors, work together to ready every nook and cranny of camp for opening day.

Take a look at the beautiful grass growing on the tzad bet migrash (field!)  You might recall that, this fall, we undertook a major project to level the tzad bet migrash, to create an improved, flat field for sports.  The final results are terrific:
