Ilanot: Limud

Yoni Graiver of our Tzevet Limud (Education staff) had a great game going to learn Hebrew slang — based on an Israeli game, or ice-breaker, called “Shemot” (names).  In Yoni’s version, each chanich (camper) had a different Hebrew slang word assigned.  The first chanich said their slang word, and threw up the flying ring.  Whoever caught it — said their slang word, and so on and so forth.  What a great and fun way for our Ilanot chanichim to learn some street-smart Hebrew!
