Kochavim has discussions about Inclusion

Today, Liz Offen, our inclusion specialist, came to speak to all of our chanichim today about how to make sure that everybody is treated nicely in the tzrif (bunk) and edah. We talked about bonding as a tzrif, learned about our tikvah program, and talked about what makes us different and special. All of our chanichim get to have this discussion with Liz, and it is always very helpful in creating a respectful and positive tzrif atmosphere. Pictures to come later!
