Limud (Education): adat ha-Solelim Makes Lachuch (Yemenite bread)

The Limud session for these chanichim (campers) in adat ha-Solelim was a hands-on exercise in preparing, frying and consuming Lachuch, described by long-time Tzevet Limud (Education staff) member Gila Ben David Stone as “the Yemenite version of the Ethiopian bread injira”.  Of course, a delicious outcome.  Pictured here along with the chanichim are Tzevet members Dan Savitt, Rabbi Hillel Greene, and Shara Waldman Siegfeld (Rosh Limmud).
