The Shuk Performs at Ramah New England!

Earlier tonight we were thrilled to host a camp-wide concert by The Shuk!  The Shuk is an Israeli-American ensemble of four musician-educators dedicated to using music to promote Jewish learning.  Even better, The Shuk has a strong Ramah connection — one of their members, Ami Yares, was a long-time staff-member here at Camp Ramah in New England!

All of our campers had a great time and danced up a storm during the concert tonight, and we're very excited for Ami and The Shuk to run a special musical Shacharit (morning service) program tomorrow for all of our Tzad Bet & Amitzim campers.
