Amitzim goes on Yom Trip!

Today Amitzim took a very exciting trip to Hartford, CT! We visited the CT Trash Museum. The museum has many exhibits on recycling and many hands on activities to participate in. We were able to make recycled art projects, see the workers in the recycling plant, go on a scavenger hunt in the “Temple of Trash” and so much more. We got on the bus and drove to the CT Science Center. It was great! We toured around for a few hours, learning all about health, dinosaurs, sound, motion, forces, the environment and much more. Everything was very hands on and everyone had the best time. Now we are back at camp and getting ready for a BBQ dinner!
