Highlights from Ramah Family Camp 2012

This year’s Ramah Family Camp was an amazing weekend.  Held May 18-20th, over 25 families came to Camp Ramah for a spectacular experience that featured a ruach filled Ramah style Shabbat as well as numerous specialty workshops and camp activities.  Highlights included a Saturday night campfire (with s’mores), laser tag, an Ultimate Frisbee workshop lead by former coaches from Jr. National’s team, canoe trips down the Ware River (led by our summer Etgar leaders), and a special Yom Yerushalayim (Jerusalem Day) concert featuring Dafna Israel-Kotok.  Additional activities included a creative arts project, an interactive family scavenger hunt, climbing on our Alpine Tower/High ropes course, and lots and lots of Ga-Ga.
