Voc Ed: Bakery!

One of the busiest places at our machaneh (camp) on a Friday morning: the Voc Ed bakery.  The hustle and bustle is visible; the focus on producing delicious baked goods for our kehilah (community) is apparent to all.  The items being prepared today are challah, rice krispie treats and banana cake.  All the steps are undertaken by the participants: choosing and measuring the correct ingredients, mixing, pouring, setting the oven, and clean up are performed with a thorough work ethic.   Support is provided by Tzevet (staff) members Shelly Brown and Keren Zilberberg.  B’Tayavon (Bon appetit)!
