Amitzim Help Prepare for Shabbat — Setting up the Nerot (Candles)

On Friday, Amitzim learned about and carried out the mitzva of setting up the Nerot Shabbat (Shabbat candles) in the hursha (grove), to prepare for our camp-wide Kabbalat Shabbat.  Educator Yona explained the importance of carefully preparing for Shabbat in advance, and that one of the key parts of that preparation is the aesthetically pleasing arrangement of the Nerot.  Amitzim did a beautiful job in learning about and carrying out this Mitzva.
