Basketball Clinic led by Coach Ryan Mee of Vassar College

Vassar’s Men’s head basketball coach, Ryan Mee, came to camp Wednesday and led practices for our JV and Varsity Roo teams and clinics for Solelim, Shoafim and Tikvah. Coach Mee brought great energy and taught the kids drills they could use to improve their game, fundamentals and team skills. Coach Mee is an accomplished college basketball coach who led Vassar to its first ever NCAA tournament in 2022.

A Shoafim camper really enjoyed the experience. She said, “I had a great time! I really liked the fundamentals and the exercise. It was so much fun!”

A JV Girls’ team member said, “It was really a fun experience. I never have done anything like that before.”

A varsity boys player said, “It was great, learned some skills I can work on and had fun.”

Coach Mee was assisted all day by our own Rosh Sport and assistant men’s basketball coach at Alfred University, Yoni Gelb.
