A Great Opening Day Continues…!

Kayitz 2018 has only been underway for a few hours, but already so much has happened!  Old friends have reunited and new friendships have already begun to be made…

First came the arrivals, the hugs, and the unpacking:

Then the fun really began, with our first peulot tzrif (bunk activities) and peulot edah (division activities), in which we started building our two main communities of the kayitz — the tzrif and the edah (the bunk and the age-group/division):

Lots more fun still lies ahead today!  Soon we’ll be gathering as a machane (camp) for our opening tekes (opening ceremonies), followed by aruchat erev (dinner) and exciting evening activities…
