Ilanot week 2!

Ilanot celebrated many birthdays this week, of both madrichim/counselors  and chanichim/campers! Birthdays at camp are really fun: you get a cake at a meal, and you might have a banner or party hats during the day. Everyone sings to you and wished you a Yom Huledet Sameach!

This week we had an amazing time at the 6 Flags amusement park. We went on roller coasters and other rides, and spent time on water slides and in the lazy river and wave pool.

One of our evening activities / peulot erev this week was a camp themed game of Apples to Apples. Each Tzrif / bunk had several nouns, and as a group they had to choose what noun to match with the adjective of that round. It was really fun!

We are having a wonderful time, and I know that we are all looking forward to Shabbat!
