New Family Orientation Events!
Shalom to all of our new camp families! We are so happy that you have joined the Ramah kehillah (community), and we can’t wait to welcome your child(ren) to camp this summer!
We’d like to invite you to join us for one of these upcoming new family orientation events:
On-line “Virtual” New Parent Orientation – Tuesday, June 5th at 7:00 PM – We invite you to join Rabbi Ed Gelb, Director, and Josh Edelglass, Assistant Director, for this on-line event! Using video conferencing, you will all be able to see live video of Rabbi Gelb and Josh, and to ask and have answered any questions you might have! Rabbi Gelb and Josh will present some tips and suggestions for new camp parents, and then open the floor for Q & A. This event is suggested for parents only. Please RSVP to Josh Edelglass, Assistant Director, at joshe@campramahne.org by June 1st, and we will e-mail you the log-in link and instructions.
Boston-Area New Camper Event — Tuesday, May 29th at 7:00 PM — Parents and kids are invited to please join us at the home of Rachel and Oren Kaunfer in Newton, MA. This will be a chance for parents to hear from and speak with Rabbi Ed Gelb, Director, and for the kids to meet Ramah staff-members and other kids from the area and ask any questions they might have. Please RSVP to Josh Edelglass, Assistant Director,at joshe@campramahne.org by May 23rd.
Greater Washington DC Area New Camper Event — Sunday, June 3rd from 4:30 to 6 PM — Parents and kids are invited to please join us at the home of Lori Fish Bard, Community Liaison, Greater Washington DC Area, in Bethesda, MD. This will be a chance for parents to hear from and speak with Lori and Talya Kalender, Director of Camper Care, and for the kids to meet Ramah staff-members and other kids from the area and ask any questions they might have.
