Nivonim Leadership Seminars

Nivonim is in the process of kicking off its outstanding leadership training program. Each Nivonim camper is part of a specific leadership track, known locally as a Hadracha (advising) track. As part of their tracks, which the Nivonimers selected in the past several weeks, each member of the edah is working on a certain set of skills (planning activities, working with younger campers, building up tech or dance skills, and so on!).

Over the last two nights these tracks having been involved in evening meeting with some of the lead programmers in camp, discussing a variety of skill sets that will be useful as they explore their tracks and plan for the weeks ahead. And, alas, it will soon be time for Shabbat, with much singing ahead!
