This is an Hinuch moment to cherish.  It was a beautiful sunny Palmer afternoon, when chanichim (campers) from adat-haBogrim had the opportunity to observe as Visiting Educator Rabbi Gordon Tucker unfurled the parchment inside Tefillin in front of their eyes.  This is a rare opportunity for these chanichim to get a complete view of the parchment.
