Ramah is On a ROLL!

Ramah is on a roll! We are excited to announce that our groundbreaking work with Camp Ramah Sasson for families, children, and young professionals navigating serious illness, loss, and healing, has attracted the interest and investment from two major foundations. With these grants from The Covenant Foundation and an anonymous Jewish foundation, the program can continue to grow and reach new audiences. Ramah Sasson has been recognized at the forefront as a program that connects families, nurtures social and emotional well-being and strengthens both individual and communal resilience.

We have seen exponential growth in participation in our Ramah Sasson weekend programs for families with bereaved children, as well as our pediatric oncology family weekend, taking place this April 17 – 19. We look forward to our inaugural shabbaton for young professionals who have lost a parent or sibling happening from March 6 – 8, which already has over 20 participants registered. To continue to keep these programs free for participants, we are seeking contributions to help support this incredible initiative. As part of the Ramah New England community, you can help us spread the word and support these transformative programs. If you know any families or individuals who would benefit from attending one of our programs, please feel free to reach out to Riki Wiederhorn, our Director of Year-Round Programming.
