Ramah Palmer Campers Make Us Proud at Jewish InterCamp Games!

On Sunday, October 22, Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School in Maryland hosted its first “Jewish InterCamp Games.”  Campers from 10 different camps were represented.  Campers competed in Maccabiah-style games such as field hockey, soccer, capture the flag, scavenger hunt and basketball, with a Tug-of-War ending the 2-hour competition.

Both Ramah Day Camp of Greater Washington and Camp Ramah in New England were well represented.  In fact, we had such a great showing that our campers were divided into two teams.  We were very proud that our  teams placed 1st and and 3rd in this competition.

We want to give a big todah rabbah to all of our DC area campers who participated and kol havod to our team captains who coached and led them to victory!
