Second Session Information!

We look forward to welcoming all of our campers tomorrow, Tuesday July 23rd, for kayitz (summer) ‘24!
This email contains:
- Important opening day information
- The link to videos introducing your camper’s madrichim (counselors)
- Yoetz/et (parent liaison) contact information.
For those dropping their campers off at camp, we hope the process will be as smooth as possible. Please remember, you will say goodbye to your campers in the parking area and will not be going to the bunks.
COMMUNICATING LAST-MINUTE TRAVEL CHANGES
In the event of an emergency or another event that forces a last-minute change to your travel plans on Tuesday, please call the main office in Palmer at 413-283-9771 immediately to let us know.
CAMPERS ARRIVING BY CAR
If you are driving your child(ren) to camp and you have not yet signed up for a drop-off time, please do so here. Please contact Simon at simonl@campramahne.org with any questions about your drop off slot.
CAMPERS ARRIVING BY BUS
If your child is taking the bus, you should have already received an email from Simon about tomorrow. If you did not receive this email, please let Simon know.
CAMPERS ARRIVING BY PLANE
If your child is flying to camp, you should have already received an email from Simon about airport pick-up. If you did not receive an email about airport logistics, please let Simon know.
NO PACKAGES
Please remember that we are not able to accept camper packages. We will not deliver packages if you send them. Please let your family and friends know. If there’s anything important your camper needs, please contact your yoetz/et and they can work out a plan with you.
EMAILING YOUR CAMPERS

SENDING MAIL TO YOUR CAMPERS
Please address all letters to your child’s name and bunk number at Camp Ramah, 39 Bennett Street, Palmer, MA 01069.

KEEPING CURRENT WITH CAMP ACTIVITIES
We encourage all parents to download the Campanion camp app! You can view summer 2024 photo galleries through the Campanion App, or on a computer by logging into your CampMinder account and selecting “photos”.
Grandparents can view photos through CampInTouch if the primary caregivers set them up with guest accounts. More information about guest accounts can be found here.
