Closing Day Procedures 2025: End of Camp

Closing day: Sunday, August 17, 2025.

Below are instructions for picking up your campers, returning camper medications, and last email printing.

Instructions for Families Driving to Pick Up Campers on August 18:

We want to implement safe procedures for Closing Day. Campers should be picked up between 10am and 11:30am. 

To allow traffic to flow as smoothly as possible, please follow this process:

Families with only A-Side campers:

• You will pick up your campers and luggage near the entrance to camp on A-Side

Families with only B-Side/Tikvah campers:

• You will pick up your campers and luggage on the field at machane gimel on B-Side.

Families with campers on both A-Side and B-Side:

• You will first pick up your B-side and Tikvah campers and luggage on the field at machane gimel on B-Side.

• After you have picked up your B-side and Tikvah campers and luggage, please return to A-side to pick up your A-Side campers and their luggage.

• Please arrive on time and not too early. We cannot back up traffic onto Palmer town streets. Please take traffic into account when making your plans.

Instructions for the Return of Camper Medication:

Your child’s remaining medications will be packed in their luggage Saturday night. Any early morning or breakfast medication will be distributed before pick-up on closing day.

Last Email Printing

• We’ll print the last batch of emails to deliver to campers on Friday, 8/15, at approximately 8:00 a.m.

• The mercaz (camp post office) will pick these up to process for delivery shortly thereafter. The mercaz is then closed on Shabbat and on closing day.

• Please ask anyone you’ve created a guest email account for to also send their last emails prior to 8:00 a.m. on Friday.

• Any unused camp stamps in your account will roll over to next summer!
